Forge Fitness AI (“Forge Fitness AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a fitness coaching and progress-tracking app (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the App and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

When you use the App, you may provide:

• Personal & profile information: age, gender, height, weight, goal weight, fitness level, fitness goal, workout frequency, workout duration preference, available equipment, and injuries/limitations.
• Progress information: weight entries, body measurements (if entered), notes.
• Progress photos: photos you choose to upload for private progress tracking.
• Parental/guardian contact (for users under 13): a parent/guardian email address for consent verification.

We collect limited technical information to operate the Services:

• A unique app identifier created by the App and stored on your device (used so your data stays linked to the same user within the App).
• Device/usage information that may be automatically provided by your device or third-party providers (e.g., app version, device type, and diagnostic data).

If you purchase a subscription, subscription and purchase status is processed through Apple and our subscription provider:

• Apple In-App Purchases (Apple is the merchant of record)
• RevenueCat (subscription infrastructure)

We do not receive your full payment card information. Apple and/or RevenueCat may provide us with subscription status (e.g., whether “Pro” is active).

We use information to:

• Provide the Services (create and personalize workout programs, show progress tracking, enable Pro features, etc.)
• Generate and improve workout plans based on your profile and activity
• Store your progress history (entries and photos you choose to upload)
• Maintain safety and compliance, including enforcing content guidelines for uploads
• Process subscriptions and entitlements (e.g., determining whether Pro features are available)
• Communicate with you, including support requests and (if applicable) parental consent verification

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your health/fitness data for advertising.

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, comply with law, or protect users.

We may share certain information with trusted service providers who help run the App, such as:

• Hosting/database providers to store your profile and progress data
• File upload/storage provider(s) used to upload and store progress photos (photos are uploaded and stored via third-party infrastructure)
• RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlement status
• Apple to process in-app purchases

These providers are allowed to process data only to perform services for us and must protect it.

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect rights, safety, and security.

Your progress photos and fitness data are intended for your private use inside the App. We do not make them public unless you explicitly choose a feature that shares them (if such a feature is ever added, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide additional controls).

Progress photos are user-generated content. We require that uploads:

• are fitness-related and appropriate,
• do not contain nudity or sexually explicit content,
• do not contain hateful, violent, or offensive content,
• do not violate someone else’s privacy.

We may apply basic automated checks and/or manual review processes to help prevent objectionable content from being stored or displayed. Users can also report content within the App.

The App is intended for users 13 and older.

If a user indicates they are under 13:

• we require a parent/guardian email to request verifiable parental consent,
• we restrict certain features until consent is verified,
• we take steps to avoid sending persistent identifiers or personal information to third parties (including subscription services) until consent is confirmed, where required.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data without your consent, contact us at privacypolicy@forgefitnessai.ca.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services.

• You may delete your account in the App. When you delete your account, we delete (or de-identify where appropriate) your stored profile and progress data from our systems.
• Some information may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution), but we minimize what we keep.

You can delete your account directly in the App:

Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account

This deletes your profile and associated data (including progress entries and photos) from our systems. Deletion is permanent.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• access or correct your information,
• request deletion of your information,
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The simplest way to delete your data is using in-app account deletion. For other requests, contact us at privacypolicy@forgefitnessai.ca.

Your information may be processed and stored in Canada and/or other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ by jurisdiction. We take steps to protect your information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

The App may link to third-party services (for example, Apple subscription management). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their policies:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App or on our website.
